Big Bite was born from a dream and a passion for sharing the rich flavors of Lebanon. Chef Mohamad grew up surrounded by the vibrant street food culture of his hometown, where food is more than a meal, it’s a way of life. After years of experience in the culinary world, he moved to Canada with a vision: to bring authentic Lebanese street food to new communities.
